Employment

Primarily responsible for efficient, high quality marijuana plant trimming (manicuring) and preroll operations.

Responsibilities

• Hand-trim/manicure cannabis for packaging (dry trim)
• De-fan plants (wet trim)
• Buck/ remove buds from larger stalk
• Weekly preroll preparation;
• Demonstrate accuracy and thoroughness in order to improve and promote quality
• Work in a timely manner and strive to increase productivity
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Packaging Room assistance on a case-by-case
• Assure compliance with Canna Organix' policies including but not limited to: state and local compliance/regulation (Washington State Liquor & Cannabis Board (LCB), Growflow), security protocols, access protocols, safety requirements, alcohol & drug policy, dress code, and work schedules
• Take instructions and execute other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Proficient and consistent use of hand pruning shears
• Ability to trim .8+ Grams Per Minute (GPM)s
• Flexibility, a positive attitude, dedication to personal growth; and enthusiasm for cannabis
• Good team player and ability to take constructive feedback
• Good sense of humor
• Have attention to details; be dependable, honest, & reliable
• Minimum computer and mathematical skills
• Ability to focus on a single task while remaining self-motivated
• Ability to sit and/or stand, for 2-hour increments using hands repetitively for 10 hours per day
• Must be able to carry objects up to 35 lb increments
• English language proficiency
• 21+ years old
• Reliable transportation
